Terrible Experience
Purchased a new 2021 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R. Called ahead of time and put deposit on bike, told salesman Joe I would be there Saturday to do paperwork and pick it up. Traded in my 2018 Ninja ZX-6R and was given a ballpark trade in value from KBB and was told if miles are lower than average and condition is excellent, trade in value may be higher. Detailed bike before taking it to trade in and bike only had 2,000 miles on it. Also the bike had extra accessories on it that I had paid good money for and left on for the trade in. Didnt give any extra on trade in and charge me $500 for a new set of tires. Tires on it were still good so putting them on should not have cost me, if was a choice made by the company to put them on. Swallowing my pride I didnt say anything and signed the paperwork. Then waited about an hour and a half for them to get my bike cleaned up and checked over for me to take it, while I watched other customers leaving with their bikes when I know they were after me. Took me to go back to the salesman and ask where my bike was to finally get it. Then gave it to me with barely any gas and I said something about it since I had over an hour drive back home. He filled up the tank ($10 worth) and then I didnt have any time for him to go over the new bike with me and hopped on it and drove home. I was there for about 4 hours total when I told him I was going to be there and money was down on the bike and financing was already approved. I understand they were busy but my experience that day was beyond terrible and they didnt try to make up for it in any way.
