Purchased 2018 Africa Twin with extended warranty. Found that they charged for 5 year plan but only gave a 4 year plan. Battery died called service department, they advised out of warranty after 6 months, my bike was 6 months and a week. Asked if they would contact Honda corporate rep to see if they would cover problem, they refused and advised that I would have to bring the bike in and would be charged to check battery. I advised that I had no way to get bike in without battery, I offered to take them battery, they advised have bike towed. Will not recommend the dealership to anyone, poor customer service
