I first called Pete's Cycle and spoke to Joe to inquire about a used bike. It was still available and a few days later, I came in to check it out. Joe greeted me, showed me the bike, went over the features and allowed me to take it for a test ride. (I did my own research, so I knew generally what I wanted.) Joe allowed me to browse other bikes while he wrote the sales price. The great thing is he did not exhibit pressure or scare tactics for me to buy this bike today only. That's big for me. A few days later, I came bake to buy the bike and the overall experience was very pleasant and fast. The bike was ready to go, oil changed and Joe assisted me loading it up into my trailer.
